Supersize Minton Teapot

In 2008 I was invited to make new work for an exhibition entitled 'Tea's Up' at Contemporary Applied Arts, curated by David Clarke. I made supersize teaware pieces as large as 90cm. I wanted to add a playful, fun contribution to the table, a party prop that would bring out the big kid inside.

There was good tea, cake, craft and company!
